• New Look and Feel - Premium Website and DISH Designer
  At Decentrix we welcome and listen to our clients' ideas. In February we responded to your ideas by launching a new look and feel for both the Premium website and DISH Designer. You have given us great compliments as a result of the new design. Many of you commented that you liked the prominent displays of the current offers and their associated pricing on the Home page and Programming pages. You liked the new concise, compact and modern structure of the web pages. You found that content was easier to find and navigate on each page.

• Digital Transition Countdown
  Decentrix is always looking for ways to assist and help our retailers. As an example a digital transition countdown was placed on the Premium website. Putting the digital transition countdown on the Premium website reinforced consumers' awareness, and has helped turn the digital transition conversion into an advantage for your businesses. When Congress voted to delay the transition date in February, we immediately updated the countdown to its current date of June 12, 2009.

eSALES Website

New - Commercial content

Many DISH retailers are beginning to expand their residential installs and offer commercial installations as well. The likely business additions include bars and restaurants, and office and retail properties. To support this business model, Commercial content will be optionally available on your eSALES website and is provided at no additional cost. You can activate the Commercial content for your website anytime beginning May 8th at Team Summit 2009. The completed content for your website should be ready by the end of May. In the mean time, you will have your new Commercial content tab and "coming soon" added to your site.

Here's how you can activate Commercial content for your eSALES site anytime from May 8, 2009.

• Go to www.admin.getdish.com
• Account = usually your retailer ID
• User name = typically your email address you used to sign-up
• Password = the password you used to sign-up, click on Login
• Click on Site Details
• Check the box - "Click this box to include Commercial content"
• Click on Save Changes
• Logout

It's that simple. Your site should now have a Commercial tab with Commercial content (or "coming soon"). If you decide you no longer want the Commercial content, simply log on to My Account, go to Site Details, uncheck the Commercial content box, Save Changes, and Logout. If you do not remember the account number, user name, or password you used to sign-up, email to esales@decentrix.com and we will let you know your account number and user name. We can reset your password for you.
