As we have mentioned in the past, your suggestions for website enhancements are always appreciated! Dewey Hewitt with Communication Concepts provided an outstanding suggestion that we have just implemented. It is a new "Want us to Call You?" flash banner on the framework of your site that asks a prospect if they would like for YOU to contact them. If they click on the banner, a form will appear that allows the prospect to enter their information, which will be emailed to you. This new feature will appear the next time you republish your site. Many website visitors are still reluctant to order online. No matter how easy we try to make it, they simply want someone to call them. Let us know what you think regarding this new feature and thank you Dewey for your suggestion!

New Knowledgebase Support Options

The Decentrix Support team strives to answer your questions in a timely manner. Occasionally the support queue can become longer than we would like. We have implemented a new knowledge base tool to assist you in resolving researching answers to your questions without having to wait for a return call or an email response from our support team. Just go to www.decentrix.net/support-center/ and browse the knowledge base for answers to the most common support issues.

We have enhanced the commercial content again with more information and additional graphics. The programming packages associated with Commercial Public/Private now has links to pages describing the programming content.
On the International Order page we have included a drop-down selection for all the international programming selections plus we made it clear what the qualified programming options are, which now include the Great Wall TV Package
